Peter McMenemy has over 20 years of experience successfully setting up and running Change, BSS and IT Programmes. He has led multiple Business Development activities, worked on many of the Programmes himself and has always overseen and ensured the quality of the deliverables. As A&K's managing director, Peter has been running the company for many years and is responsible for developing the corporate strategy. Prior to joining A&K, Peter was the UK CTO of a Vodafone JV called Vizzavi following his position as European IT Director at Primus Telecommunications and positions at Deloitte and Ernst & Young.

Mirko Weißmann is A&K's specialist when it comes to running/managing any sort of project to build up sensible controlling information for large and complex telecommunication. He has a profound knowlege in the areas of databases, statistics, controlling processes and operational research and is also an expert in data quality and profitability analysis. Mirko holds a diploma in Mathematics from the Martin-Luther-University of Halle/Wittenberg.

Igor Doktorski brings a strong quantitative approach in successfully delivering key projects and programmes including BSS contract creation and assurance, cost assurance and IT systems consolidation. Igor is a highly flexible yet strongly results-driven telecom professional who takes pride in helping his clients to create and implement innovative solutions to their individual challenges. In addition to his work within the telecom sector, Igor has worked with clients across the energy and financial services sectors. He earned a PhD in Mathematics and Physics from the University in Heidelberg. Igor is fluent in English, German, Russian and Polish.

Leveraging his delivery experience, Jan Greulich is the go to person in the areas of programme and contract assurance as well as strategic sourcing and vendor selection. Jan applies his experience to developing target business models, target operating models, business cases, as well as optimization and transformation programmes and delivers them as senior programme manager in the telecommunications sector. He holds a diploma in Business Economics from the University of Greifswald and is fluent in German and English. 

Philipp Zeidler is an expert in mobile and fixed line telecommunication who is able to leverage his expertise, combined with his analytical strength and his pragmatic, but structured and focused approach to successfully deliver projects in the interest of his clients. Philipp holds a diploma in International Business Studies from the University of Bamberg and is fluent in German and English.

Alexander Dobrev's areas of subject matter expertise include business-oriented IT, strategic transformational outsourcing, contract negotiations, programme assurance, business cases and benefits realisation. In addition to telecommunication, he had experience in public sector consulting, with focus on ICT-led transformation of health care delivery in Europe. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is fluent in English, German and Bulgarian.

Clara Beutner's focus are knowledge and hands-on experience in project and process management, contract negotiations and commercial management. She has been succesful in supporting our clients across telecommunication industry, finance sector and utilities. Clara received a PhD in Biology by the Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn. She is fluent in German and English.

Henry Beier is an experienced project manager focusing on complex network infrastructure, data and application migrations in the telecommunication industry. Henry supports his customers with his analytical and pragmatic approach as an active facilitator of agreement amongst business, operations and IT. Henry holds a degree in computer science from the Otto-von-Guericke-University of Magdeburg and is currently undertaking extra-occupational studies in computer science in the social work context at the University of Fulda. He is fluent in German and English.

Brahim Sakout Andaloussi has been engaged in numerous revenue assurance, transformation, migration, monitoring and reporting projects. In addition to the telecommunications industry, his experience also comprises projects at pay/cable TV providers and utilities. Brahim holds a diploma in Computer Science focusing on Economics from the Technical University of Munich. He is fluent in Arabic, French, German and English.

Grischa Studzinski sucessfully closes the gap between business, IT and technical function as he is a strong communicator and mediates between internal and external stakeholders. He has a deep knowledge in different technological areas such as SIP telephony and IOT/M2M and is highly familiar with working in agile environments. Grischa has supported clients in the communication technology, telecommunication and finance sector. He holds a diploma and PhD in Mathematics from RWTH Aachen University and is fluent in German and English.

Anno Kersten is subject matter expert for the whole project lifecycle in complex migration projects in the telecommunication industry. His knowledge and experience comprises migration strategy development as well as setting-up, managing and executing migration projects. Anno holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn. He is fluent in German and English

Benedikt Wundt focusses on data analysis, process management and IT Transformation. He has supported our clients in the telecommunications and utilities industry successfully to run and automate order-to-cash processes, secure their IT systems, and transform parts of their IT landscape. Benedikt holds a diploma in physics from the University of Heidelberg and a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is fluent in German and English.

Thomas Nebeling has successfully delivered a variety of transformation, consolidation and migration projects in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the finance sector. Customers appreciate his analytical yet pragmatic approach to reduce complexity. Thomas studied Economics at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelm-University of Bonn with a focus on quantitative methods and holds a PhD in Econometrics from the Bonn Graduate School of Economics. He is fluent in German and English.

Ilyas Bora gathered and successfully applied his experience in infrastructure and public sector - mainly telecommunications, railway and utilities. He has supported various clients in public funding, financial services, regulatory affairs, network strategy as well as business and IT transformation. Of all the fields Ilyas has been involved in, he is most passionate about broadband infrastructure. Ilyas holds a diploma in Economics from the University of Stuttgart-Hohenheim. He is fluent in German and English and has a profound understanding of Turkish.

Jonathan Glahs supports clients in the utility and telecommunications sectors conceptualising and implementing BSS transformation and process optimisation programmes. Before joining A&K, Jonathan advised companies on M&A transactions, gaining expertise in company valuations, project management, business case creation and financial modelling. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Bamberg. He is fluent in German and English.
