Leakage Validation

Leakage validation is a tedious affair and will account for at least 70% of total project effort.  Unless some pervasive problem has been observed, it is necessary to establish for each individual leakage target:

• that a customer owns the service,
• that the service provided to the customer is a service the customer ordered,
• that the customer agreed to pay for the service for the time the service was provided,
• the price the customer agreed to pay, and
• how long the service can be back billed.
