Once a cost target has passed through the validation phase, the findings must be acted on in the following ways:

Disconnections

Cost reductions are realized and network capacity is freed up when circuits are canceled and disconnected. Allolio&Konrad can assist in expediting cancellations or disconnects to avoid unnecessary costs.

System Updates

Reactive access cost reduction efforts will likely require updates to circuit inventories, customer data or order data in ordering or provisioning systems. These systems must be maintained to reflect the findings of the validation phase and to create a legitimate footprint for any proactive measures taken afterwards. Updates are also necessary to trigger proper invoicing of active circuits previously not charged to the end customers.

Invoicing

Incremental revenue is generated when a circuit scrutinized as a target for disconnection turns out to be billable and simply had not been invoiced in the past.
