Allolio&Konrad Connects

We think it is important that employees of Allolio&Konrad feel connected to the company and to each other.  To insure that this happens, we organize quarterly team meetings.  The quarterly meetings include presentations regarding client projects and internal initiatives.  The latest company developments are shared and specialized trainings can be offered.  We like to bring in external parties, such as industry experts, to participate.  For these meeting, we try to select nice hotels in interesting cities. We encourage people to suggest locations and local activities and try to go to employee hometowns.
